Our lead, Vincent Or, is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has had 20 years of work experience in capital markets, including ten years of work experience with one of the Big Four in London, U.K., with his last position as senior manager, servicing multinational investment banking clients, focusing on both fixed income and equity trading. He served as advisor on key topics relating to international taxation, price verification on various complex financial instruments, technical financial accounting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. GAAP, risk management issues and operational weaknesses. Vincent started our business in 2009, and mainly worked on pre-IPO deals, mergers and acquisitions, and tax structures for HK and PRC businesses.

Our staff has solid professional knowledge and rich practical experience, many of whom have relevant professional qualifications, including memberships of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA), The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA), The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

In addition, we have close co-connection and are in strategic alliance with a number of professional organisations in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Taiwan. This allows us to have a more extensive coverage of expertise which meets today's diverse, multi-level market demand for services.
